Facilities
AEM is fully equipped with computerized drafting systems, metal working machineries, electronic & electrical testing instrument, NIST traceable calibration standards & equipment, graphics equipment, tools for equipment and system fabrication.

Quality Control
All equipment supplied by AEM are subject to vigorous in-house quality assurance inspection prior to release for shipment. The inspection includes (but not limited to): electrical safety, functional & reliability testing, calibration, leak-check and/or pressure testing. Equipment performance and quality are AEM's priorities.

Warranty Services
AEM is committed to active after-sales services. Support is offered by trained personnel through phone, fax, Internet, modem and, if necessary, site service. The company maintains a full range of parts and materials for immediate delivery to support operational requirements and warranty services.

Techical Support & Application Assistance
Upon request, AEM can provide technical assistance in developing a solution for a particular application. The professional staff has extensive practical experience in mechanical & process engineering, electronics, control instrumentation, chemistry, environmental sciences, computer, project management, safety, regulatory compliance and permitting.

For each application, AEM technical personnel examines the operating conditions and other requirements. A solution will be proposed to meet the specifications. This approach ensures the proposed equipment is optimized for performance, reliability, ease of operation, cost, etc. Other services such as: site installation, training, commissioning assistance are also available.
